As of 2010, Sexuality Research and Social Policy is now published by Springer Science+Business Media, LLC
Originally, the official online journal of the National Sexuality Resource Center (NSRC), Sexulaity Research and Social Policy published multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art empirical research on sexuality, theoretical and methodological discussions, and the implications of this evidence for US and international policies regarding sexual health, sexuality education, and sexual rights in diverse communities. The journal also included brief research and conference reports, white papers, book, film, and other reviews, along with guest editorials and commentaries.
